Full-time, non-exempt employees (working 40 hours per week) earn PTO each week, based on how long they’ve worked at the company. The amount you earn depends on your years of service as of your seniority date, following this schedule:
Regular, part-time, benefits-eligible employees (scheduled to work 30 to 39 hours per week) earn PTO each week. The amount is pro-rated based on how many hours you work compared to a 40-hour work week. For example, if you’re scheduled to work 32 hours a week, you’ll earn 80% of the full-time PTO rate.
