Carryover

Employees may carryover up to a maximum of sixty-four (64) hours of accrued, unused PTO from one calendar year to the next. Any accrued, unused PTO balance in excess of sixty-four (64) hours at the end of the calendar year shall be forfeited.

California/CA and Colorado/CO – Employees may carry over unused, accrued PTO from one calendar year to the next. However, an employee's total PTO balance may not exceed 1.5 times their annual PTO accrual. Once this maximum is reached:

• PTO accrual will pause until the employee uses some of their time off.
• Accrual will resume only after the balance falls below the maximum limit.
