How to update tax withholding forms

Under Myself, find the Pay section. There, select Income Tax.

Under Things I can do in the right, select Add/Change Withholding Form (W-4).

There, click on the tax form you wish to update (Federal/State).

UKG will walk through the withholding form, once ready, please make sure it's been submitted.

HR or Payroll cannot change or adjust your tax withholdings on your behalf. Your federal, state, and local taxes are determined solely by the information you provide on your W-4 and any applicable state tax forms. If you’d like to update your tax withholdings, you must submit a new W-4.
