Under Myself, find the Pay section. There, select Direct Deposit.
If you are changing your current direct deposit:
- Do not add another account. Click into your current active direct deposit account and change the routing and account numbers to match your new bank information.
- You can only have 1 account that is depositing your available balance, even if that account is inactive.
- Once the routing or account numbers have been updated, click Save at the top right.
If you want to allocate part of your check to another bank account:
- Click Add in the top right corner and add your information. You can either select a flat dollar amount or percentage of your check to be deposited there.
- You can only have 1 account that is depositing your available balance, even if that account is inactive.
- Once done, click Save at the top right.
Please note, we are paid weekly. Payroll runs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays, so if you need to change your direct deposit information, we recommend you do this on Wednesday - Friday to avoid funds being sent to the wrong place.
