Once in UKG Pro, go to Myself. In the Personal. In the Personal section, select Employee Summary.
Under the Things I Can Do menu in the right, select Change Name, Address, or Telephone.
- If you are updating your name, please note we will require documentation that shows you have changed your name legally before we can approve the change. Your legal name must match the name on your W-2 for tax purposes.
- If you are updating your address, please note that this MUST be done on the desktop version so that you can run your new address through the smart tax tool. This is the only way you will be taxed accordingly. If you need to update your address but you do not have access to a computer, please email HR@pavion.com and we can update that for you.
- Please add your personal email address to your UKG profile if it is not already in there.
- All requests to change your work email address will be denied. If you need your work email changed, please reach out to helpdesk@pavion.com and they'll coordinate with the HR team to update as needed.
Once done, click Save at the top right.
